Hi Haley,

For a healthy body as you mention exercise, eat fruits and vegetables and drink water all are necessary. Coz if a body does good exercise then body need a good and healthy food and to digest these food lot's of water required. So all are related to each other. You can't ignore single aspect.

I work out about 4 times a week, I go running for 20 minutes and then do some ab exercises and arm exercises.

I also eat a dairy-free ovo-vegetarian diet. I don't usually eat candy, chips, fried foods but I really like diet coke.

The reason why I join to this site is spreading a my life story about how easily we can improve the quality of our life.

It's very easy to stay healthy, unfortunately we forgot it.. my recipe is very simply... I drink a lots of water (fresh water from natural water source), I eat healthy (organic, I don't eat junk food, white sugar etc.), but the main thing to stay healthy are breathing exercises (pranayamas)and meditation which I'm practice twice a day. And this recipe works perfect for me and for other people which are practicing this exercises. In six years, I haven't had any health issues, I'm perfectly health and happy smile You should try this...

I'm really not that healthy. I smoke and I'm over weight.

Though I drink lots of fluids and walk everyday.

I don't feel bad about myself. I just think that they're are healthier people out there.

I exercise myself, and drink a lot of water. What most people fail to realize is that in order to be healthy, exercising is not enough, you have to stop eating fat-rich food in excess. Drink a lot of water, but not too much or you might end up dehydrated.

Well , staying healthy is very simple , I like to eat a balanced meal - try following Canada's food guide !

I avoid too much sugar , how much is too much ? well around 3 tables-spoon a day is ENOUGH . I avoid junk food as well ( chips , pop , fries ) but being a teenager it's hard , but giving into the carvings sometimes is human

When it comes to deep fried food , I use healthier oils ( vegtables/olive oil ) Or better yet , grill !

Educate yourself about nutrients and the ingrediants found in junk foods - you will lose you appetite

I used to be over-weight and VERY into junk food as a child ,around 8 to 10 years of age. Now that I know the disgusting ingrediants which are involved in the preparation of the product - I tend to shun it away

an example: Gelatin (made from animal bones)in jellies ( it gives the jellies the bouncy jelly-like structure )
