Above is a link to a blog post that we posted on Technology in the Classroom. A good number of
teachers are leaving comments on the article targeting technology advancements as a bad thing. This
is due to teachers feeling technology may replace them in their jobs. How do we enhance teachers
minds to help them realize that technology can benefit students learning?
Please feel free to comment on this forum, but also on the blog post to talk directly to these
teachers!

Nowadays we all are mostly dependent on technology. Inventions of various technological devices ,
gizmos and gadgets reduces the work time and make the process easy, There are several technologies
which have advance study mechanisms , tutorials ,training tips which would be very beneficial for
the students . Sound knowledge of technology will help them in getting good job and better life
style.

Technology is both good and bad for future students. With access to the internet, students have the
greatest source of information available. A person can find information on almost any subject
online and can even watch a video of someone teaching it. However, students may not learn the
information, but rather memorize and repeat. Anyone can memorize information, but applying it is
more of a challenge. It shows students have an understanding of a topic and are capable of applying
what they have learned to life situations. This is important for them to grow and succeed in life.

The use of technology in the classrooms in my opinion is mostly a good thing. No amount of
technology available can replace a teacher and what they do. That face time is necessary for a lot
of students. I think that technology would only help teacher with their jobs.

I believe that technology in the classroom is a great idea. With the world advancing in technology
at an alarming rate, schools need to incorporate more technology in the classrooms so that our
students do not get left behind. Technology helps to make learning more fun and easier for students
to understand. There are many apps out there that can help students set up studying schedules, time
for homework and many more schooling activities. Technology does help our future students.

Technology is everywhere, entwined in almost every part of our lives. It affects how we shop,
socialize, connect, play, and most importantly learn. With their great and increasing presence in
our lives it only makes sense to have mobile technology in the classroom. Yet there are some schools
that are delaying this imminent future of using technology in the classroom as the valuable learning
tool it is. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Technology has proved itself and will continue to prove itself. It has helped us with many things
including education. However, teachers and institutions initially watched it with skepticism and
accepted it with reluctance. More developments happened and now it has been integrated deeply into
our education system. Our skepticism with technology must end because in technology lies education's future and we cannot disregard it however
best we try. If used efficiently, it can take the education system years ahead. Both teachers and
students have felt its power and its ability but it depends on how well technology is utilized
inside and outside the classes and what kind of results we are trying to achieve from it.
