Yoga can really prove beneficial to you if you want mental stability and good health.
It is the best exercise i've ever heard about.
Yoga makes your body flexible and makes your mind calm and relax.

Yoga is a good excersise, it can help reduce the effects of stress on our body. It encourages
relaxation and can lower the amount of cortisol in our body. Yoga breathing exercises helps in

Yoga helps you physically , mentally and even spiritually ! You should try yoga , it's basically a
form of exercise .
