Mine was morning walk, jogging and cycling. These exercises feel me fresh throughout the day.

That is a great question. I would say running or skiing. Anything that gets me off the couch and
outside would work.

I like to play soccer and swim
Soccer is just plain fun in my opinion, and when you're swimming in a cool pool. (Cool, as in,
cold.) So it's refreshing no matter how hard you work! Horseback riding is great too, because it
improves balance and the strength in the legs, and it's good for posture and just awesome all
around. Horses are great ^^!

Jerseys operating or even snowboarding. Something that will get me personally
