Justin, where did you go

What's up everyone! My names is Justin, I'm 18 years old and I live in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. I just recently discovered this site and I would really really appreciate some help with a project idea that I've had for a long time. I feel like the way to empower youth and make the world a better place is to educate. I want to build a secondary school (high school) in an under-developed country. I have read somewhere that in under-developed countries the emphasis is usually placed on elementary schools but that there aren't that many high schools for the students to continue on afterwards. I was thinking of creating a youth group, from people all (it doesn't matter where your from), in an attempt to organize and raise funds for this cause. As a team, I'm confident that we would be able to be successful with this. Once we figure out who is wants to be a part of this then we can start to figure out the details and such. If anyone is interested in being a part of this just reply to this post, leaving a link to your profile and other contact information as to how I can reach you and so that each team member can keep in touch. Thank you very much for your support and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
Justin

I would be more than happy to work with you in getting this project started. I am also interested in helping to build schools in developing countries, this is a great start.

Build a school huh????

Your idea sounds good to me and i am definately interested. I think that there are few things that we should all consider though before embarking on this project. 1) Quite obviously carrying out as expensive and time consuming project as ours takes a lot of money. Now, seeing as a lot of us who have expressed interest come from different parts of the globe how do you propose co-ordinating a fundraising effort that will keep everybody involved. 2) As i have already mentioned the idea of building a new school is a noble one but after such a school is built we will need some assuarance of continuity and that the administrators of the school will always be accountable for their actions. How do we get about doing that?????
Perhaps a not so bad idea would be to be to help the already existing schools in the way of books and building materials, say for a library or something. I went to high school in an "undeveloped country" and i can tell you for sure there are a lot of things that need to be done to aid the already existing schools. Lets focus more on improving the quality of education that people receive and not be to haste in increasing the quantity. In any case the idea to help the economically underdeveloped countries is a noble one and i support it.
If we can support the delapidated schools through study materials and promoting an atmosphere that is conjucive to study then we can help a single country or but many. Just think how wonderful that would be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
