I was recently in a conference in the Netherlands on authetic leadership and sustainable development . The discussion was on the need for authetic leaders to achieve sustainable development especially for developing countries. Various definitions were given for authetic leadership and what is expected of such leadership in sustainable development. I`m of the opinon that TakingITGlobal will be a wonderful platform to discss this issue and even our comments can be submitted to the committee of the conference for compilation.
What is your opinion of autheticity in leadership and do we really need to have authetic leader for sustainable development? What are the kind of fears and dilemma you imagine to confront susutainable development?
Voice your opinion.
