Volunteer oppertunities in Latin America

My name is Linda and I'm currently a senior in college Norfolk, VA, USA and I am interested in volunteer/internship oppertunities/programs in Latin America...prefferably something low cost! Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi Linda
I'm Aubrey at the University of Transkei, South Africa. volunteering is very good start especially for us tertiary students. I also need an opportunity to do volunteer work in any country. You know South africa also has some opprtunities for volunteers maybe you can try SA or else I will update you with current information and places.

Cheap volunteering opportunities!

Hi there,
The website that I have designed www.kidsworldwide.org has volunteering opportunities in a street kids project in Peru and also in an orphanage in Brazil if you're interested.
There are also several projects seeking international volunteers through this website in the Philippines, Cameroon and Ghana. YOu won't pay more than $150 a month for food AND accomodation. No booking fee.
