How can refugees progress?

Refer to the young persons living in the refugees camps.Most of the African,Cambodian,Irak,Afghanistan(e.t.c)States,faced with wars,tribally,ethnically,homicidally and genocidally.The wars conflicts run the countries throughout the years and cause the majority of the young people to leave their lands for finding refuge.Their prospect is to gain success when they arrive on the countries of refuge,but they find themselves not archieving their dream.Perhaps,i do not understand much about Irak,Afghanistan and Cambodia,but the much i`ve to insist are of African States,just like Rwanda, Burundi,Sudan,Somaliland and more.During the time i was in Burundi, i met with some returned refugees and try to ask them some questions about the lifes on the camps.Others said "The life was not good at all" and tried to emphasize that "However the Humanitarian and Refugees Cooparations have done the best to care us and tried to solve every refugees problem,but the unsufficient environments conditions,epidemic diseases such as Cholela and influenza, and the poor economical situations of the camps belonging countries remains as the dangerous enemies to their lifes"........Therefore come to my vission ,i can say that"A problem erupt the problems!" and we can actually call them `THE PROGRESSIVE DISASTERS`......Finally, i`ve seen the ways to solve these continous problems are: Firstly to increase some NGO`S so as to provide them with Environmental and Healthy care Education.Somehow these can help them to fight with Erupting Diseases and refreshing theirs environments.....Secondly ,to help the camps belonging countries to formulate and found The Schools together with employments-instituations in the way of teachings and employ them(esp, those young refugees)And during the period of returning to their motherlands they`ll be able to work hard(self improvement)and starting the good leadership on the future!..........Is there any one who can challenge or adding some ideas on this argument?"How can we assist them to the success level?"..Feel free now.

Refugees are like any human being, what made them refugee is conditions and situations which are beyond their control. Their progress is mainly dependent upon the assistance they are provided, since they have no alternatives foe they live in desolate land and in a place where they have no exposure before. If they are provided with hope which guarantees a bright future supported by practical actions, their progress is inevitable and certain. As any human beings they need progress and betterment, and ther can be no reason if situations are favourable to progress that their life can not be better.
