do you remember?

Hi
I'm in the process of putting together a programme of events for the St. Andrews One World society - a student group here in Fife that's concerned with global issues.
Anyway, I really want to run a workshop that I remember doing once in secondary school, but I can't remember the details. It was a forest management exercise, with dozens and dozens of paper cups laid out on the floor - each representing a group of trees. Some of them had dots on. The people were divided into groups, each with a different interest/reason to use the forest. The exercise was basically to see how sustainable we could be...fulfilling the needs of our group by using forest resources, but trying not to deplete the overall size of the forest.
Uhm...but I know I'm missing something. So, has anyone else ever done a workshop similar to this, and can you remember a little more about it?
Cheers, you're all stars!
