TIGmessenger sugestion

I think it would be handy if there was a link on the main page wich would bring up a blank messenger window. As it is, you must go to a profile page to bring one up. It would be easier to just have a button so something near the list of people online which would bring up the window so that you can talk to a person without going to a profile page first.

ok, sorry. it turns out there is one. didn't know. If your like me and do know then it's the little icon in the top left corner of the desktop titlebar.

I can not find the messenger or the icon. The only I cons I see are region icons.

Here is an idea, which I think may make things easier. If we could make TIG messenger more of an Instant Messenger type of thing, and each member had their own inter TIG email account, then some of the confusion could be cleared up. I also think a general manual page on how to use the TIG website would be really useful, because when I first joined, I spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure the website out.
