Poetry in the city?

Hello, everyone. My name is Shoma and I'm new here. I live in the very busy, crowded metropolis of Bombay a.k.a Mumbai.
Well, I've always had this cynical, jaded view that cities are ugly and boring places. But sometime back I was stuck at a traffic light and the roads were wet wit rain so they were reflected the reds and yellows of the car lights and signal lights and eevrything. It was really quit beautiful, looking at the liquid streams of colour on the road. So I've been keeping my eyes open and everyday I've been noticing things about the city that were beautiful and artistic that I haven't noticed before.
Have any of you seen something like this in your city? What do you think is the most beautiful sight in your city?

Oh yes! I've been trying and trying for the longest time but somehow I can never even bring myself to make the first streak of colour I'm going to grit my teeth and make this painting if it's the last thing I do. :P

Well... I've had the pleasure of living in four cities over the last four years... but it is definitely Mumbai despite it being the most overcrowded of the lot that tops my list of most beautiful sights in any city!
I guess the picture below is enough to convince anyone... you have the BMC building on the left and the CST railway station on your right.

Hey, there! I love the old Gothic architecture of South Bombay too; but personally I just love the sea, living near it Although we URGENTLY need some conservation plan for our beaches.

SHOMA
maybe u didn't realise this because u've been limited to seeing Bombay all this while but if u travel to a few places and go back to Mumbai i tell u, u'll have every cause to appreciate the scenery at Bombay.
There are so many art expressions waiting to be discovered about INDIA itself,so i employ to brace urself up and get alot of art materials and writting pens cos u're about to write as much poems about Bombay that u never thought of.
