if saddam huassain is to be trialed for attacking innocent people and attacking kuwait, than why not Mr. George W. Bush is trialed for attacking iraq?????????????????

umm because he didn't attack innocent people. Bush attacked the regime of Saddam and his followers. Sadly, some innocent lives were taken in the process, but they weren't taken deliberatly. Its a war. You can't expect all the bad guys to die and all of the good guys to live. It doesnt work like that. It's not some hollywood movie.

Who should try Bush in court? Iraq won't try him because they have bigger problems right now and the government is at least right now "friendly" towards him. The rest of the world won't try him because he is too powerful...but that's just my opinion.
