If you have something on your mind, that makes you tired and feel bad do the following:
Stop thinking on it, if cant do that, think about other things, that are less destructible, like:
Figure out a solution for other peoples problems - it is rewarding if it actually helps. It is generally self-destructible to think too much, but at least you can use those thinking potentials for usefull things.
I do have this problem with thoughts going on all the time, even meditation practices dont help much, so i think a lot how to do something good for others. Recently i was thinking about "food plasma" - chemical feeding mixtire to help poorest to survive.
By nature human kind is weak, but using tools and eachother, we can do great things.
