Dear friend,
You sound so determined to achieve your goals as a youth leader.Iam as well a youth leader.
first you have to know your organisations aspirations in and out as well as your prime objectives. The members have to know what you are dragging them in.There alot of resources that you can use to achieve your goals.
Other people world over are also striving to close in the gaps in their respective areas of non profit.
Sometimes opportunists would hide behind your organisation without you knowing.
My friend you need to have the right information at your finger tips.
Specify your area of need then this forum would direct you.
Take care and all the best in your endevours.
Kebby
