Travelogue website and humanitarian projects

I recently found a website called Ball of Dirt (www.ballofdirt.com) and I must tell you, it is the BEST travel site on the internet. One can upload pictures, keep a journal, and meet new and interesting people from around the world. This website is also branching out into humanitarian efforts. They are trying to have current users (it's a free website) become aware of global situations and perhaps donate time, food, clothing, supplies, etc. to different humanitarian organizations. If anyone would like to get in touch with me regarding this matter, as I have taken it upon myself to search for excellent humanitarian websites, I would greatly appreciate it.
Ball of Dirt is an upscale site that is changing more and more on a daily basis. Please check out the website and feel free to sign up. In the meantime, I think it is EXTREMELY important to get the word out that Ball of Dirt is aiming to help humanitarian causes.
