We almost always reply within 24 hours, except on weekends to all email sent to info and memberservices. Where did you send your email?

Yeah... some of our accounts don't seem to be monitored. We are looking at all of our addresses and checking to make sure they are all being responded to. Most of our email is responded to within 24 hours. If you're interested in volunteering with TIG, let me know, as we are starting a new pilot project soon and are looking for volunteers to.. well.. volunteer.

I sent my e-mail to the volunteer e-mail, and havnt heard from them since I told you about it! I think its been a month!

Of course everyones not in toronto! what i meant was is there a toronto group? that meets reguarly and works on projects like other groups and organizations? For example some groups meet regularly and raise funds to promote education overseas, things like this.

Are you talking about volunteer opportunities?

We don't meet for the simple reason that most volunteers are not located in Toronto. However, we are trying to launch a new virtual volunteer program that would allow members from anywhere in the world to volunteer with us.

If you're interested, let me know. We can, of course, always use volunteers in our offices in Toronto.

No,

There isn't really a Toronto group, since we find that we rarely have many Toronto volunteers that are consistant. With Toronto-based volunteers, we prefer that they come into our offices and work from there, as it allows us greater flexability with what their work entails.

If you're intereted, just drop by some day, or give us a call. We'd be happy to meet with you!

By the way, I am noticing one thing. When ever I post, I subscribe for alerts so that I can get the followup messges. But, here, I am not getting any and am made to get back every time to check out for the replies. Looks like a sort of flaw.

We don't have trouble emailing people in nigeria.. are there any specific problems that you have been having?
