I think yes because now women have the right to get educated , they have the right to vote etc. and before all the women did not have a right to do anything in the olden days also the women were not considered as human beings or people they were considered as property in the olden days.

Yes, I think the world is a better place to live then before because the government is a better government than it used to be. We have a fair government. The government has more means to make a correct decision and that is how there is quite less injustice in this world. So, I think that the world is a better place to live then it used to be.

I think that the world is a more just and fair place now than it used to be because i think that people are beginning to understand each other and their point of views.

I dont' think the world is a more just and fair place now than in the past. The reason why I would think that is because the Charter Of Rights was introduced, which was a bill passed saying that in Canada, people were given freedom and if people thought they were violated, then they could send a complaint to the either the Ontario Human Rights Commission or the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Also, even now,the world is still becoming a more fair and just place. For example, police officers are now allowed to wear turbans while they are working. Both these things show that the world has and is still becoming a more just and fair place. Not only that, but this also shows unity in the world. This is why I would think that the world is a more just and fair place.
Another reason why I woulld think so is because I myself posted a very similar poll and my results were: 26 voted for 'yes' (57%), 18 people voted 'in some cases' (39%), and 2 people voted 'no' (4%).
If you'd like to use these statistics I wouldn't mind as long as you reference me/site. Anyway, your topic about relgion in the workplace affects religion in government (my equity project), and vice-versa as well. So it works out if you'd use my survey (but only if you want it).

i think that humanity is forever moving forward and making progress, but in regards to justice i think there is still alot that needs to be done. Although it's true that we are better off in certain aspects such as womens rights now a days other aspects such as the extreams of wealth and poverty in the world are far from just but we are getting there i think slowly but surely.

I AM TAlkING ABOUT RELIGION IN MOVIES.
The world is not a better place to live than it used to be because most of the movies do not insult religions. This does not make sense right now but it will make sense at the end of this paragraph. The first movie was made around the year 1954. At that time making movies was too costly also. Most of the movies at that time did not insult religions because movies were kind of very romantic, adventurous and non-violent. Most of the movies nowadays do not insult religions also because their genre is romantic, patriotic and adventerous. The number of movies that do not insult religions is bigger than the list of movies that insult religions. That is why, the world is not a fair and just place than it used to be in the catagory of religion in movies but it is the same as it used to be.
