workshops rock!

Workshops are very cool. I really like the idea of a $5-$50, several-hour-long workshop on a topic I'm interested in, versus having to commit to other expensive training programs run by companies that are often upwards of $200!

I think that you should also have one day a week, in the afternoon, say like a lunch hour break..an Open house thing, where people can come in from the area and join a workshop to help someone fix and build their own website.
Say for example someone has a website and doesn't really know what to do to improve, enhance or make it more exciting and just want to get ideas on what they could do....TIG, could offer private tutoring for this type of workshop. It could take place during office hours as well as after hours which would accomodate different people and it would generate $$$$ for TIG.
