Is it better to be a younger person than an older person at the workplace?

Better to be younger than the older one in a workplace, coz as much older u are, so many chances of challenging responsibilities being put on your shoulders. While the younger ones find time to make fun and enjoy to the core. So my vote goes to the youngsters.

I think older person and younger person both are good to a company(or other workplace).Because an older person has more experience than a younger person, and a younger might knows more techonolgy than an older person. So if they work together the work might be done more better!
