What do you think would change or happen if a disabled person were to run a government? Do you think they have more rights than the government? Or do you think they should? Please write your thinkings because I need it for a serious cause.

I think your answer would largely depend on what disability this individual has? some disabilities are not life conflicting where as others are.

A disabled person has run a government, the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He lost the use of his legs through a bout with Polio, and subsequently spent his Presidency in a wheelchair. Such a physical disadvantage did not stop him from introducing his 'New Deal', which contains policies still used in America today.

well the kind of disability depends on one's mental and physical well being. If a person has a degree of mental disability then that person would not be deemed to be fit to run gvt but handcaped or physical disability no problem to discharge the responsiblity but one would use discreetion in evaluating the degree of such a person.
Naturally every person has some degree of disablity in performing some tasks in life.
Therefore,a phyisally disabled person can run gvt but a mentally disabled person depends on some degree of 'ability' within themselves.

Abraham Lincoln was a Manic/Depressive, mania gives one the will to try almost any thing, depression shows one how others feel in a real way. John F Kennedy's back was so messed up that he was in constant pain. The Uniquicness of each of Us is the thing that makes Us all so Special

Well. It is depend upon the type of disability. The Physical disability is not at all a constraint as long as he/she is having strong maental capacity (will power). There are n number of examples around the globe which we are coming across and appreciating and encouraging.
