It is with great enthusiasm we the members of Relief Reconstruction Agency, United
States invites groups, youths and youth-focused organizations to take an active role
in the forth coming
International youth conferences taking place in the United States and in
Guinea-Bissau. The first conference will take place from the June, 1st to 4th, 2004
having its theme as "RACISM" . While the second conference will take place
in Guinea Bissau, have its theme as "CHILD ABUSE" taking place from 8th to
11th June 2004. We believe this is an Junencredible opportunity to network with
like-minded individuals and organizations in the promotion and development of
proactive youth involvement in our communities. I am the chairman organizing
committee of the above second coming events. We picked your e-mail address from the
website forwarded to us by the African Students Association in the U.S. During our
request last you are at International year of volunteer to invite youths from your
country. Our independent donors will finance all round flight tickets, feeding and
accommodation throughout the conference in the United States for all participants.
The organizing committees will process US visas for all participants requiring visas
to the United States.The visa will be processed and Authorized in theUnited States by
the US Bureau of Immigrant Affairs. The confirmation will be fax to the US Embassy in
your and a copy will also be fax to the participants. We are only giving rooms for
existing and active organizations to participate in these events as chance are

We have heard several of similar letters recently.We discover that they are fake.I advise that you simply ignore such letters.Don't be surprise to see similar ones but different names soon.
