lacking original ideas just now

I have just entered unive and joined a Youth Association. As a matter of fact, during the interview I had expressed great enthusisasm and hope for contributing my resources to make a better educating environment for our students. But the beaureaucracy and sluggish is what I feel the most present. But this is not what I want, I want to cheer up the atmosphere and be a clog in the fast machine. Hic, do u have any idea for my deadlock....

Hec, Deadlocks give you a chance to find a different Route but don't ever give up your dreams, you may have to go a longer road than you plan but I know You will not be just a cog in a fast machine, I feel you will clog up the machines of buearcracey. A Friend, me
