Yes, I think that racism still goes on in the workplace and I don't think that it is fair. Sometimes if a person is a certain race at work, they get paid less or more and have a better or worse possiblity of getting a good promotion. Although, if a whole workplace is all one race it's not exactly racist because it might just happen to be all the same skin colour. However, if it was on purpose, like they turned down someone becuase their skin it is racist.
I hope I answered your question.

Hi!
I think that there is racism going on in the workplace, which isn't fair at all. People get paid less, lower positions, more work, treated rudely because of their race. I think that everyone should be treated equally like in a circle where there no backs turned to anyone, everyone get equal chance to speak. For your next question I think that it's not really racist to start a bussiness with people of one race because you never know, they might in the future accept people of other race for their company. I think that a person should be accepted and treated equally, no matter what race they belong to. The only thing that it needed are the requirements for the position, ability to complete the given tasks and the positive attitude.
Thanks. I hope it helps!
