Please Help-Orphanage in Laos

Hello everyone, a Lao friend of mine at the university I attend is hoping to open a small orphanage which can house about 12 children, near the village where he is from in Laos. He hopes to also set up a small library for the children to learn basic English, and read basic English books. He has humbly received a significant donation from a donor here in Japan, and we are now looking for places to find the needed books for this project.
