Racism In Employment

If anyone knowns anything bout racism at the workplace could you please give me some facts and opinions because I need to get some different perspectives of other people. So far the things that I have come up with are like managers or the boss's of the companies can judge who they want just by looking at them and deciding of the color of their skin or their culture. Managers have the power to do that and if you have been discriminated of racism give me your perspectove on what you think and how racism can be stopped in the workplace. I would really appreciate it
