Did you think about having a special topic in the forum for those who cannot easily write in english? I know TIG did a great effort on having more than english language in the Website, but I mean, there are a lot of subject that interest non-english speaking youth. Just call it French discussion or spanish discussion...that way I know who are those person active in the forum that write french.
thanks

Good thing I understood all of that
We created the regional forums specifically so that people could talk in their local language or any language they wish. The problem with creating forums for every language is that they cannot be monitored easily because of time constraints and often leads to little participation.
I would suggest that you either create a topic within a regional forum, or just create one where the topic belongs.

Actually, there are frequent french conversations in the general forum as well as in the Europe regional discussion board.
It's not practical to create over 200 boards (we have over 200 languages listed on our site) that cannot be monitored for content.
