PM Sharon's possible indictment

Now is it me or how come PM Sharon is facing charges and possible indictment due to bribery issues when there is so much killing in the Israeli/Palestinean conflict that he is partly responsible for????????????????????????? --------I really don't know what to think of the International Court System in the Netherlands........... and what's up with their freaking immunity- people in positions as such should lose this immunity as soon as they commit crimes against humanity........... what's up let me know something
