Will the lesson be learned?

Tonight the Spanish ruling party was unexpectedly voted out of power due to a mis-calculation on their part. The Spanish government attempted to cover up the source of the terrorist attack because they knew that if the majority of people knew that it was inspired by Spain's involvement in the war against terrorism, they would be un-popular at the polls. And with a national general election so soon after the senseless terrorist attack in Madrid, and with a fact like this in the public domain, the Spanish Popular party didn't stand a chance in the elections. This is a great day for real democracy; the will of the people showed it's leaders that they must listen to what they want.
I know it is doubtful that the leaders of my nation and other similar ones would change their courses due to tonights shock in Spain. But if a Government can promote that the country that it runs is a democratic and free one, then it must stick to this principle and govern fairly and listen to the people in that country. That is what democracy is.

Well.
As i mention Futurism a lot, here is one good clarification how we sucessfully prevent misinformation and corruption:
- All those which have ability to decide in name of others have lost their right to privacy.
This prevents abuse and nobody cant get away with a wrongdoing.
Ave Futuria

what a government do is always know when there are elections in a true democracy.but single events should not be use to under mind the role play of a governemnet to remove it from office.
just to say of the spanish people is that the refusal to re-elect the ruling government should not be base on the terorist attack for a government will not be part of such events instead to promote its re-election

lukecholerton , What you had written is very true!
If our governments had a one honest stance on this,
even the NY attack would had been avoided.
They support snakes for their own benefit! And the
result is deadly!
Lets hope our leaders will open their eyes!
With a hope,
Udara
