What is Education?
We beter much know that wiyhout Education we can't live
so this the value of Education
but unfortunatly in my country further of two decade war distoried abolished Education
but nown if so every thing is we do have to have Education because the word peace is over my country that is why we have to study
because some one said that IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO LEARN if so than we have to study alot

Trust me. Just by approving the constitution as it is you got way in front of lets say Pakistan,
Only whats left to do is to increase economic strenght, thru educating all people in ways of production, agriculture and social skills.
And preserve good ties with everybody you can ,that they will let you trade with them with benefits.
If we mention drug trafficing thats unfortunate, but money has to be gained somewhere. It will decrease, after society get new, more legal options in life.
You should concider giving war lords some authonomy in teritories they control but making sure they pledge allegiance. And make it lucrative for them to stay loyal.
Same goes for different ethnic groups and language. Give them some choice and freedoms and some self governing that they get more aware how difficult decision making really is. But never, never let anybody get off course, which is dictated by central goverment.
