Louis Logik Week 1 : Get The Right People

I want to start a weekly advice thread for young entrepreneurs. I call it Louis Logik, and I hope it will apply to the growth of yourself and your entrepreneurial dreams.
-------
"Get the right people"
I am talking about RIGHT people, not people.
Sometimes you want to start a business and bring all your friends some family members and the whole community into your idea.
Bringing your friends and family into your business ideas is great! You get to see them all the time, you know how they are, how they act, how their work ethic is, but that may not be the direct solution. It may be tough to tell your friend "I do not want you in my business", but if you want to succeed, and have a gut feeling that your friend will not put the desire of success of your company as much as yourself, who's to blame?
You would be doing yourself and your potential employee the favor. Imagine having someone work for you, and only apply 80% effort. Not only is he hurting your business but also the other employees that have to pick up his/her slack. You are also doing your employee the favor because you know that this is not a good fit for him/her, you want them to excel but it simply turns out that your business is not the right place for them.
Imagine yourself already owning a company and having everyone you know working for you. Imagine each person quitting your company......... would you be sad or secretly happy for their departure?
"If you have second thoughts, keep on looking"
Other entrepreneurs believe that they can make it all the way by themselves, like a genius with all the answers and solutions to all the problems.
This is a great model to startup with, minimal costs, less overhead, and you get to make all the decisions for your company. I wouldn't tell anyone to never do this, but if you plan to grow, you can not stay in this state for too long. It is great to make all the decisions yourself, yet with others you may develop a better business model, better strategies, and awesome tactics to make your business succeed.
You are able to go to outside friends, family, and teachers and they will give good advice, but the BEST advice you will receive is when you have the RIGHT people with you, debating! Have the debates be as long as they need to be, and generate thoughts. If you are debating with the right people that want you to succeed and the company to succeed then the entire better.
When in debates make sure that the "SCARY FACTS" come out. You need to have facts and a plan not a dream.
"Get the Right People on Your Team, And Debate"
None of these models are wrong or incorrect, many of them have a chance of success just like any other model, but greater your chances of success you must build the best model possible.
"FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE"
