What's The Biggest Problem Your Business Is Facing?

Being young and in business is not always the easiest thing to do. For my first business, the biggest challenge I had was having access to the right information. Sure, there were many resources out there... but I wasn't sure which was RIGHT for me. Different people advocated different opinions and with little experience myself, I didn't know who to trust.
I finally ended up with a number of great mentors who showed me the ropes and helped me build a company in 30 countries. Now I'm helping share that information with other young entrepreneurs.
What is the biggest problem that you are facing with your business?

How are you?
I have my share of problems when it comes to my business,one of biggest one for me and for anyone else I think would be financing.To start any kind of business everyone needs start-up capital from only few thousand dollars to 10 millionand more, but its not always easy getting the financing. I have had my share of vc firms turning down my business financing request but I undestand their position, some of then are not looking to invest in the type of the business at the moment, some just do not take seriously a 21 year old enterpreneur in a 29 billion dollar industry  even that I have a very strong and experinced team behind me.
