hey,
tired to eat once with chop sticks.
verrrrry difficult.
i'd rather prefer using a fork and a spoon for eating chinese also.
BTW, i sue a spook and a fork while eating rice or fast food or fried things or baked things.
while eating bread/ chapati i use hands.
why?
i donno. just a part of culture maybe.

yep, chinese invented them and only chinese (east asians) can use them.
for me, chopstics are very difficult. you need formal training to able to use them.

i donno much abt vietnamese food.but always thought must be more or less like chinese. i mean, you too have noodles as your staple diet dont you.
but... italian food, i like pizzas, american, i like burgers, i donno where does it belong to, but i like lasanga, list goes on. these are my regualr items when i visit a restaurant.
i ve tried mexican food once. donno what it was called, but it was some cactus they had cooked in some hot gravy. donno what it was. but tasted more like indian food to me.

chinese... i love chinese. manchurian, choupsey, shezwan, singapore noodles, honkong, my fav.
i love the gravy of american and chinese coupsey.

indian food. its the best as per my taste. i mean, how much ever you try eating outside food, but your stomach doesnt fill until you have something desi (of your own country)
indian punjabi dishes are very famous. especially, paneer (cottage cheese) dishes. we got a variety of vegetables and types of bread (roti, chappati, nan, pau, etc etc)
i donno from where you came to know abt curries. looks like indian curries are more famous than anything else outside coz another friend from america had once told me, you get ready to cook indian curries in america.
yep, curries are good.
list just goes on you know.
too much variety in our food.
