yes, wsis was a very good opportunity to collect papers and stuff. i find it very useful to share knowledge on ict 4 development with those who really wanna work practically - not so much speeches and papers for the shelfs wink

Now I have starting ICTs 4 Development Project in the Nepali Rural Area as wel as South Africa.In the Rural Area there isn't avaliable any types of communication and computer access.WE use wireless Technology.
In the Rural ares to teach about ICTs and it's tools,I am preparing on these topic. Hope you wil invloved in the introductions of 1. E-learning 2. E-banking 3. E-governance 4. E-medicine 5. E-business 6. E-Security 7. E-village
