We are organizing a team of volunteers to assist the victims of unpleasant incident-- the earthquake in Iran. Those who want to give a hand can post their massages in here or can send out a note to the following email address, and then arrangements will be made to facilitate their travel to Iran. Please point out what specific help you can provide.
We are working to find sources to support your travel to Iran, but we suggest finding funds for your travel to Iran yourself.
I am looking forward to your replies

A group of young people in Iran (YES Iran) will organize things in there; they will provide accommodation and local transport.
I can tell you what I can do:
To put a volunteer’s banner and wait for a call where ever I was needed I will go and help, the others can do the same. They can assist the aid agencies, in supplying food, water, shelter and so on.
What other things can be done, your ideas??

They might need human resource thats what you guys can do, I have mentioned the ways you can help in the msg I posted earlier.

the tickets may be arranged by the volunteers, we are looking for donors to cover their travel expeses but i am not sure yet

I am ready to accompany you in this job of kindness and sympathy to the Iranian nation and the humanity, and every one should at least think about doing something, as you did. I can’t specify what I can do from here, but what an educated young that comprehends and writes the language of the Iranians can do there, I will also not preserve it,

Well this falls inline with my work and I am experienced in relief/emergency services and so can be of much help but I need to get details about the help needed, travel and accommodation facilities.

I have posted the details I had so far-- what is needed and what can be done there. I am in touch with friends in Iran for updates.
1. YES Iran will take care of accommodation and local transport.
2.1 With the travel arrangements, they will support the volunteers for visas.
2.2 About the tickets for travel to Iran, I am not sure about it yet; the volunteers might be asked to make arrangements for it. I will let you know if there were news about it, or if any one else can provide any sort of assistance in this regard?
Tell me your needs, accommodation? Meals? Local transport? Visa? Tickets? What arrangements do you require? Or can you manage them yourself? The first four can be provided by YES Iran.

guyes , do you think UN Volunteers could help in that , in supporting volunteers and maybe funding there tickets. they have an office in cairo . i think it is a regional office , so if iran is considered as a part of middel east i think they could support volunteers to go there. i think that could be a great thing for them to do. i think we could help asking the office in Cairo if they could support.
