Any Inuktitut Speakers?
December 21, 2003 - 02:26 AM

Well I thought I may try and ask....

Are there any Inuktitut speakers out there? I'm taking a language course in Inuktitut this January for school so I was wondering if there were any Inuit people out there who could help!

Cheers!

Johan

P.S For those of you who don't know what Inuktitut and just want to find out about it. Inuktitut is the language that is used by the Inuit people who live in Greenland, Canada, Alaska, and Siberia. Some people might be familiar with the term Eskimo, this was a term used for the Inuit people but -- its generally not used as a term of identification by Inuit people. More info can be found here: http://www.alphabets-world.com/inuit.html
