This is a great video!

Since our childhood we all know how to dream. Asleep and awake. Thanks to the power of our imagination we believe we are capable of achieving anything we can dream of. However, as we grow older we lose this wonderful ability we'll later need to be creative, to innovate, to change our lives and to transform our organizations. We invite you to dare to dream again, to challenge your comfort zone, and to enjoy the pleasure of turning your dreams into reality.
Do you dare to dream?

I definitely agree with Carlos that we really need to dare to dream again. Also along the lines of the videos that Carlos posted, I think that this TEDxTeens video given by Jennifer Corriero, the Co-Founder of TakingITGlobal who facilitates many (if not all) of the I4G events: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hI6Czn7GeSw.

But I also think that each and everyone of us have similar and different inspirational stories. For me, I've always had someone who has been supportive and there for me. And most recently, I think that that supportive person is a faculty member at Rutgers University's Douglass Residential College. She has, since we first met three years ago, gotten to know me better than anyone (except probably my mom) could, and knows how to push me or guide me in the right direction. She has always been there for me whenever I have good or bad things going on, no matter what she has going on. But most recently, I found out that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and hearing it has hit me EXTREMELY hard.

And I think inspirational people ranges far and wide. My most recent inspirational people, including that one woman, would be Kristle Calisto-Tavares and Sara Hassan, as well as Megan McCallum and Ryan McLean. Kristle and Sara have really knowledgeable in what they do and really "pushed" (or inspired) me to think about about what I am most interested that could really change the world. They are also really passionate about what they do and how what they do can truly change the world, especially by including and working with youth to make those changes.

It's good that many people share stories or videos for people to learn, and it's better to have people respond.
