Speakers for international entrepreneurs' competition

Hey everyone,
I am helping to coordinate an entrepreneurship competition that brings university student entrepreneurs to Canada from around the world to compete for thousands of dollars in investment grants!
Each year over half the entrants are female but our judges and keynote speakers at the competitions are always male!
Does anyone have suggestions of successful female entrepreneurs' in the Toronto (Kingston), Ontario, Canada area?
