Africans have not made a strategy to find solutions for cooperation. Like many parts of the world, there are various tribes and beliefs in Africa. Africans may work on the benefits of cooperation rather than fighting for differences.Differences will probably never end or their ending does not seem to be witnessed in the contemporary times.

I like to mention Iran and India as examples of ethnic cooperation.
There are at least about 15 different people originating from various tribes and lands in Iran. They have learned how to understand and tolerate each other throughout the history.

India is much more similar to Africa in this regard and what has been done in India was harder than Iran but is done successfully due to the understanding and tolerance.

Looking at the North, West and South West Europe and hopefully even East Europe, we see the same thing.

People have understood that any fight will eventually lead to some kind of peace. So why not go for peace from the beginning.

If any problems are seen, it is mostly not for ethnic differences but for holding power by parties and individuals regardless of people.

Such clashes are mainly for holding power and not for ethnic benefits in which people are only used as tools.

There is a journey of cooperation for Africans, the sooner they begin the journey, the sooner they witness peace.

Your opinion is very true, all we need is to work together, learn to appreciate one another.
For many conflicts occurs as a result of self-interest from parties involved in the conflict.
