I am doing a research paper on "The effects of the CARICOM on caribbean women ; so I was wondering if anyone had any info or experience for this topic?

While the CARICOM site is a good choice for info, there are numbers of organizations taht deal with women's issues.
I encourage you to keep moving on this topic, having lived in a CARICOM country for a time I know that women's issues need to be moved to the forefront of CARICOM thinking. Watch out that CARICOM is definitely more of an economic pact rather than a social one and that effects on women may me localized to each country.

BTW when posting a thread try to have a more informative heading than the one you used. Try 'women in CARICOM' or something that tells the people exactly what you need
