Well yes fasting is not good option for weight loss if you want to reduce weight so the best way to cut off all the junk foods, drink 9 to 10 of water every day, do exercise regularly, eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

Your recommendation is one of solutions but I do not see how you may comment so strongly about fasting.

There are various kinds of fasting.

In some, fasting person drinks water during the day or a certain period of time.

In some, the fasting person does not drink and eat during the day.

In some, the fasting person does not eat and drink from the DAWN to the Sunset.

In some, the fasting person does not eat and drink from the DAWN to the beginning of DARKNESS.

To my experiment, if the fasting person keeps a normal eating habit from the beginning of the darkness to Dawn, she/he loses weight as I and my family do.

I think it depends how it's done. Long term fasting would not be good for you as your muscles would begin to breakdown over time.

However, studies have shown that intermittent fasting can improve longevity as well as other health benefits:

Fasting plays a very important role in weight lose and diet process. We can reduce lot of weight with doing fasting. I have done so much fasting for weight lose and its a very safe and natural way of weight lose.

Yes, i agree that fasting may be useful for weight loss but you could not do your daily activities properly through it. I think, instead of fasting, cut on diet would be more effective for weight loss. Sudden weight loss is not good for our health.

There are no words to express to you the joy I am feeling. What was a time of darkness changed to an opening of hope and a new beginning.
