The impact of overpopulation, and the population continuosly rising (expected to reach 9 billion by 2050)is very large. It leads to less resources, the need for better and more technology, and in some instances it can lead to unwanted people gaining too much power.

Absolutely, overpopulation is an issue we are facing, and this issue will only continue to grow worse if population cannot be controlled. Over population places strains on food sources, living space, pollution, and many other civil issues such as crime. There's simply not enough room to accommodate so many people on our planet.

Over-population is caused by regional development. Like the cities are mostly crowded as compared to suburbs and countryside. If the government could come up with better opportunities in these regions as well, people wouldn't migrate.
