Syrian Revolution: Is Assad’s overthrow becoming unavoidable?

In the seventh month of its life, the Syrian revolution has passed through many stages, experienced highs and flows, and reached new layers of confrontation. Assad's regime took a decision to use the utmost force and violence to stop the mass movement from growing further. Cities were invaded with tanks and neighbourhoods were bombed. Mass arrests, brutal torture, executions, rape, siege are making the lives of Syrian people extremely difficult and unbearable. However, people continue to confront Assad's regime and fight for their lives.
Do you think that Assad’s overthrow is becoming unavoidable? How is the youth involved in this process?

The whole truth about the spring is that the youth are continually getting exposed to the corrupt dealings happening in the world.More democratic space is being sort for in the world by the youth but the most painful thing is that democracy comes with alot of pain.People die, some are permanently maimed and economy in some case is totally wrecked. As for Syria, removal of the leader from the helm,is the only sure way to peace.
Thank you.

China and the (I almost said Soviet Union) Russia have just vetoed another United Nations resolution condemning the Syrian government for its atrocities there. This gives the Syrian government a license to murder its own people which they promptly did. Over 300 civilians have just been murdered there. Russia is sweating bullets that its weapon sales will dry up. China plans to murder their own Tibetans and anyone else who advocates more democracy, so they sure don't want the United Nations meddling in human rights issues. I think it is time for Europe and the United States to step up like they did in Libya. Such a ruthless, blood thirsty regime shouldn't be tolerated for one more day.
