Does male menopause really exist?

This is a question I've been asking myself since forever. i'm really curious as to whether male menopause really exist; i don't think men have any menstrual issues, so where from male menopause or andropause? Any idea?

The answer is NO, men do not hit menopause. Their bodies will continue to produce gametes unlike women which have their eggs since a young age and don't produce anymore. They just mature while men produce millions of sperm a day.

This is true up to a point, that us men do not have do not have a menopause we do become infertile.. or rather the sperm we produce do.
