Effects of Outdoor Play in children..

Now most people like to sit in front of video games and TV especially children. It is not health beneficial but sometimes it may results in many healthy problems. Outdoor playing helps our children to become creative and energetic. It is also known that children sleep better when they have played outdoors. Children may spend hours for outdoor play. They were so exhausted they would fall asleep in their bath. The advantages of outdoor play can be found physically and mentally. Physical benefits include benefits strength endurance and builds coordination. Mats, balls, riding toys, etc helps to enhance the physical benefits. Playing outside is a precious activity for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. In many ways it encourages their development. Babies, toddlers and preschoolers are sensory-motor learners. Besides all the health benefits, playing outside widen children's thinking and knowledge. Children wants coordination, they want a chance to perform their basic physical skills. Outdoor play time also lets children to move freely and make noise, forms of self-expression that are often limited indoors. Good post! you are right video games make children lazy if it is played in excess. The video games to have benefits like it improve the concentration level, but anything thing done in excess is not good.
