How many of you tease others on the he fact of their religion. This usually the main reason of destruction in the world.
What do you think about it?

Is teasing really the main reason for destruction in the world?
No, one of the main reasons for destruction in the world today is the hypersensitivity of some religious people to ANY criticism of their religion. There are so many religions in the world today, they can't ALL be right. Some must be wrong. As an atheist, I believe they are ALL wrong.
It's so obvious to me that religions were created long ago, during ages when people knew very little about how the world worked and were ready to believe any superstition. Well, a lot of time has passed since then, and we should have abandoned religious distinctions a long time ago.
It's time for us to concentrate on saving the planet Earth from its imminent destruction by MAN. This can't be done if we spend all our time arguing about how many camels can pass through the eye of a needle (this is a reference to the Christian Bible proverb about whether rich people can enter the gates of heaven, not a slight against any other religious group!).

I don't think that religion is the cause of any discrimination. Every religion has its own importance and have same value. It's the mentality and thought of the people which is responsible for discrimination among society. Good and bad is differentiated on the basis of their deeds not on the basis of religion. So it's wrong to blame any religion.

Religion isn't the right way to discriminate a person between good or bad. If you keep discriminating more, hate will grow.

True, I know a person who was bullied for their religion. I think that person never deserved to be bullied. The person was friendly that she cheered me up when I was stressed out. As a reward for her kindness, I gave her a cookie when it was my B-day as a B-day treat.

well....obviously everybody would reply
"NO! religion is surely not the right way to discriminate between people"...
even i agree with it..
i remember..when i was small...i used to get scared when i saw anybody with a beard, white cap on head and full white attire especially on friday..because we were taught that way..
we were scared by all those terrorist attacks that had taken place then in my country...
but now over the years..with more of schooling and reading different books and newspapers and by all that my parents have taught me..i have learnt to love people...i feel happy when i see a sikh family in the temple i visit..and i myself visit all the places..be it a church..a mosque...or a gurudwara...
but even today..i feel bad when i see...how few people with destructive minds can brain wash the young people of the world...and how they are forced to commit sins in the name of religion....sin of killing innocent people...sin of destroying FAMILIES!
and so...i strongly oppose...the discrimination of people on the basis of religion..!

I don't think that religion is a good way to discriminate between good and bad people-the law is.
If everyone went by what the bible said was "bad" then gay people would be considered "bad" people. this is not the case. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kat Sabo

Of course not. We are all beautiful in our own ways, and our religion cannot determine what exactly we are on the inside. Too often I've seen girls that are my age joke with each other about having different religions, or different races. But the truth is, it's not funny. Not funny at all.

Is it right to discriminate against anybody for any reason at all..?
No, it isn't.
There is no justification whatsoever, on any grounds, for discrimination.
