Basically,the theory behind this organization (or whatever it actually is) is that it is said to have been owned and operated by the military in Alaska. It is blamed to have been able to control the weather and cause some notable disasters like the recent tsunami/earthquake in Japan, or even the earthquake in Haiti, and also several other 'natural' storms in the U.S. Does anyone have anything to share on this topic? If what is believed is true, then it is a SERIOUS issue, and I mean SERIOUS.
