Its more like multitasking; I do some exercise and read over my notes at the same time. I find I personally focus better that way.

I like reading at any convinent point...moving about with sheets of reading materials or sheets of prints from the main book can help one digest a topic pretty well

Making flashcards is a really good way to study; it really helps to see what you already know & what you still have to study. Also there are a lot of websites where you can practice things such as solving math problem and online test. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- online payday loan | payday loans Utah

It's a lot more like multitasking; I actually do a few physical exercise as well as review my personal information simultaneously. We discover Personally, i concentrate much better this way.

I'm more focused when I'm listening to music whilst studying.
With my headphones, i don't get distracted from my studies.

I'm more focused studying with music. With my headphones on, I can avoid all sorts of distractions.

flash cards are a great way to study! it makes it like a game!
Also, some studies show that using a white board results in increased information retention! Could be worth a try!
My personal way of studying is repetition. I write notes, read them and re-write them again. I also try to explain what I am learning to my friends, parents, or anyone who will listen. Because you're more likely to remember something if you understand it and can expalin it in your own words! <-- this isn't neccesarily fun, but it's how I learn best!
hope that helps! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kat Sabo

I like to read out loud as I re-write my notes. I find that when I am reading out loud I am more focused on the material instead of just having my hands writing and my mind being somewhere else. To add more fun to it, try reading in different tones and accents. I can't do that though because I always just burst out laughing.
Studying in blocks of time also works for me. I usually study a section of my notes or set a time limit, and when I reach that limit I get up and move around for a while before starting another block. During final exam weeks I also get a cake at the beginning and have a slice each day as a reward for working hard. It's quite satisfying!

Theres lots of ways i find useful
- making flash cards
- making a mini 'game' like matching definitions to words, trying to sort facts etc (it depends what subject). You can play it again and again until you remember all the information.
- making a song or poem (depends how good at this you are)or just change the lyrics of an existing song
- making a rap and try singing it to the backing music of your favourite song
- draw pictures of what you are trying to study, with no words
Hope this helps!
