Education program for community leadership

Hello TIG-community.
I'm helping a Swedish university to build a community leadership program for young people. And I
would like to hear from you how they could develop the program better.
What are your best advice on content for a education like this, a one year e-learning course where
you stay in your community and work on development projects at the same time as you study the
course.

Hi Jones ,
It's nice to see you here , i am live now in Sweden . And i am interesting to help you in this
program .
I think if you build this program as small organisation , it will be a good case study for the
leadership training .
I have some suggestions like :
- Website has some materials about the leadership and make a bridge between children and youth in
this website for learning .
- Make podcast Radio for the youth to express their opinions and their activities .
- Make some camps and divide them as group for discovering .
