Can corruption be eradicated in Africa

One thing that had contributed to the under development and suffering of Africa to me is corruption. Many individuals, organizations and the rich nations had fought hard to donate to Africa in all the domains; health, Agriculture, human right, economy, politics but the majority of Africans are not really feeling the great impact of it because few well placed did not direct these resources to those who are in need of it.
Do you buy this facts? what do you think can be done? can corruption be eradicated in Africa?

I think corruption can be eradicated from Africa, but my problem is that the people have made for it a home. It has got to be uprooted. Then the question is, where would it go to?, because it always demand housing.

Corruption is a Mal-practice and if all Mal-practices requires a house then there will never be a remedy or solution for any Mal-practice including corruption. Yes I think that it has become a "norm" in African Politics.
I think the first step to fighting corruption is to have more independent organizations search for corruption so they can report them at the international level.

Re reporting corruption internationally, I really don't think the corrupt care. They just learn to mouth the right words, keep up appearances, try and appear clean and continue dipping their greedy fingers into the pie. Another thing they do is appeal to the locals asking them to decry the "foreigners" interferring in or not understanding "our ways". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- K.Mathur
