After WSIS What Next?

I've gone through the WSIS-World Summit on the Information Society plan of action and its themes, and I wonder how some countries will be able to implement the programmes.In the said theme, United Nations forsee that a remote village sholud be connected to the internet.HUN? That is what i dreamed about, if our government are ready and improve the Information Society.Besides youth should be aways be involved, and the world will be a better place to be.
